She is an accomplished property investor herself, with a portfolio valued at over 8.5 million dollars. Irene's extensive knowledge of the industry stems from continuous learning, practical experience, and interactions with various professionals. Shirley Xu has been a dedicated Property Manager since 2019, successfully overseeing more than 200 properties across various asset types, including houses, townhouses, apartments, units, granny flats, student accommodations, and farmlands. With over five years of experience in esteemed real estate firms, she has developed a deep understanding of property management challenges and opportunities.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Shirley effectively communicates with property owners from diverse backgrounds, fostering strong client and tenant relationships. Her comprehensive approach covers every aspect of property management, from tenant acquisition and maintenance to financial oversight.
